We are looking for an Osteopath to join our MSK team at our clinic in Somerset’s County town of Taunton. We have been turning new patients away for the last year due to our existing waiting list and have been reluctant to take on new staff due to the uncertainties associated with Covid. However, we are now more than ready to offer a new position and are offering a flexible role, from full time and employed to part time and self-employed, depending on your circumstances.
If you are a people-person with an evidence-informed approach using a range of skills, then this position may appeal to you. If you’re looking for a practice based on single interventions/ adjustments with short appointments, this may not be for you. We have a reputation as a friendly clinic and appear to have a much younger patient base than most practices.
The Clinic has averaged more than 40 new patients per month during the Covid lockdowns. We are position 1, page 1 on Google searches. You will soon be seeing as many patients as you would like to and often, more! Options to buy into the practice are also available.
Your GOsC and BMAS registration fees will be paid by us. Regular mentoring and coaching for recent graduates with our lead Osteopath and Chiropractor is a great way to find your way through the first few years of practice.
The Quantock Hills are 10 minutes away, Lyme Regis and the South Coast are 40 minutes, Bristol and Exeter both 45 minutes away, offering great nearby nightlife and outdoor pursuits.
