Refunds Policy


Consumers have the right to cancel a subscription at any stage within a Trial Period, or otherwise within the stated Terms and Conditions for their particular subscription.

Cancellation within this period will entitle you to a complete refund. To apply for a refund please write to or email us to let us know the product purchased, the amount paid and the best contact details for yourself. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Course Fees

Bookings which are cancelled more than 2 months before the start date of a course will be refunded in full. When less than 2  months’ notice is given, The Academy reserves the right to retain course fees if a the place(s) cannot be filled. Every effort will be made to do so, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that each course may be subject to its own separate cancellation policy, as will made clear at the time of booking and on the website relating to that course.

Course Discount and Trial Membership.

Please note that, if you are NOT a full member when booking and attending the course then entering this code will cause an additional charge to be raised to cover annual membership at the lowest prevailing rate.
