Live Broadcast on the Website

Step 1. On the broadcast night, a banner will appear on the top of the “Home” and “Profile” pages from 7 pm which will take you to the event (similar to the picture below). If you are not logged in, then you will be prompted to at this point.

Step 2. At this point, you are registered as attending and will be eligible for your certificate. Open the wine, put your feet up and enjoy the show. If you want to ask a question just use the chatbox in the bottom right corner. If for any reason you wish to watch on Facebook, then just click the button in the bottom left corner.

Step 3. At the end of the broadcast, you can leave by clicking the bottom right button “Leave the Broadcast”. This will take you to a page which registers the time you left the broadcast to help with if you are ever audited. 

Once the certificate is ready (normally a couple of days), you’ll receive an email letting you know.  In addition, if you go to the Certificates page in your Profile, you’ll see a list of any unclaimed certificates.  There you can click a link which will add them to your portfolio.

That might all sound a bit complex, but it’s actually pretty easy.  And it means we can cover your back if the General Council ever does an in-depth audit of your CPD.
